I am an empathetic listener and non judgemental. I am willing to travel to you or pick a location where you feel safe to talk. Life can be full of challenges and at times, one can feel all alone and have nobody to turn to. This is where I come in. You are never alone and I genuinely care. All sessions are an hour long (minimum) and what is discussed between myself and my client is always confidential. The first initial hour is free. If outside of durham region I do have a gas and parking fee charge.

A gathering of people who live with chronic pain everyday. Come join us.

Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm on Tuesday evenings.
Fee: $100.00 (cost includes meeting room, handouts, journals and snacks). This is a closed group. I take up to 10 members per group. Please call and I will register you for the upcoming group.
